TEN MONTHS OLD

Parker is officially 10 months old. In 2 months we will be celebrating his 1st birthday, WOW! He is definitely all boy and very curious, or for a lack of better terminology---into EVERYTHING. He is still such a happy baby and loves other kids and just about everyone he meets. I am amazed at all the new things he does and knows week to week. It is unbelievable. I am having to get better with my patience. It makes me laugh when I stop and realize God is trying to teach me patience through a 10 month old. He really does have a since of humor. Enjoy the pictures below.

Notice the huge bruise on the head---trying to walk with NO FEAR!

Doggie door is the new hit----even fell out it yesterday

Plants are so much better than all the toys----this is driving me crazy

And the tornado came over.....

Stacy, her 2 kids, myself and Parker headed up to New Albany this past Wed. for my Dad's retirement party that the New Albany School System was giving him. So Daddy is officially retired and having a little R & R for the moment. While we were in New Albany on Thursday morning bad storms blew through the north part of the state. At one point Union County (New Albany) had a bad storm coming through. The sirens were going off in town so all the kids were placed into the bath tub. Since this was a new experience for all I had to take a picture. Thankfully a tornado didn't touch down in New Albany but other areas in the state were hit.

Nanny's Birthday Celebration

Stacy, Bryant and Mary Grace, Myself and Parker, my mom, my aunt and my cousin's wife Rebecca all went to Columbus last weekend to celebrate my Nanny's birthday. We had a great weekend and I have included pictures below. I think the kiddos enjoy singing Happy Birthday and blowing out the candles as much as anyone.

Holiday Celebrations

We had a WONDERFUL Christmas and New Years and hope you all did as well. It was Parker's 1st Christmas so of course that made it even more special for John and I. My parents and Nanny were able to spend Christmas with us also so it was a week full of wonder and surprise. We went to New Albany the weekend before Christmas to celebrate with my mom's family (Anne, Pat, Jay, Rebecca and Nanny) and then with my sister, brother-in-law and the kiddos. We flew in a small private jet, one of John's friends let us use it, from the coast to Tupelo. The trip was only 50min. compared to 5 hours so that was much better. Then headed back to the coast on Sunday to spend time with John's family also. Just our little family of 3 spent Christmas Eve and Christmas morning by ourselves, then all the family can in to visit. I have included lots of pictures for you to enjoy!
