Back Home
Well I am back home from my week in Jackson. I was exhausted on Saturday afternoon and took a long nap while Parker also napped. My sweet husband kept Parker on Sunday afternoon so I could spend alone time doing a little Christmas shopping at a few of my favorite stores' Holiday Open House. I know I said in my last post that I would document the week in Jackson with lots of pictures, HA-HA. I only took 1 picture and it wasn't good! I seemed to never have time to take any shots and then other times I didn't think about it. Oh well, take my word for it----it was a crazy week!

Single Mom with 3 kids
Geez----------I have all new respect for Single Moms of 1 child much less 3. My sister and brother-in-law are in Mexico this week on a Medical Mission Trip, so I have been in Jackson keeping their 2 kids and my 1 since Sunday. Bryant is 4.5, Mary Grace 2 and Parker 7mo. so it has been challenging. Bryant and Mary Grace have been great but when you add a "baby" into the mix it becomes a little harder. All my friends have told me they will be praying for me this week, I hope this is going on!!! Getting all 3 ready in the mornings and supper and bedtime have been the hardest times. I thought, woman have 3 kids all the time and do just fine, but I was reminded by a friend, that these women have then 1 at a time usually and have time to adjust to it all. We have had good times and I will document with pictures when I return home. I guess you all wish you could be a fly on the wall-----well, believe me, it has been funny! Reinforcement comes on Wed. night, my mom. Thank GOD for Mothers!! And for all you out there that have several kiddos, I can't say "You're Awesome" enough.

Ole Miss Homecoming
A couple of weeks ago I went up to Oxford for Ole Miss Homecoming. I had a great weekend with 3 of my wonderful college buddies. My parents kept Parker so it was just a day for the girls!! Thanks to my wonderful friend Hope, we sat up in her box seats and stayed cool and comfortable. Even though the Rebels pretty much "stink" this year, we all still had a good time roaming the grove, walking the square, and yelling Hotty Toddy.
Look at those pretty Ole Miss girls!

Fall Festival at church
Wow, what at night! Our church had their Annual Fall Festival on Halloween night this year, so that is where we went. Our Sunday School class was in charge of the Spacewalk, which we all figured couldn't be missed up by a group of young singles. We had a great crowd and fun was had by all. You can see pictures of our sweet friends, John as the "official Spacewalk police", and Parker looking too cute as a lion.
